Inception Report

 The next class is for present our class inception report, we successfully done our inception report about Maran Town but we acciendentlly did do the slide for presentation. Went the class begin, Dr ask us were your slide for presentation, we actually realise that we do mistake at the time. We did not make the slide, all of us forgot to make the slide because we are too busy on that week and Dr advise us next time please make sure if Dr said we have presentation that's mean we need to provide the presentation slide. What Dr said is right, we need to provide presentation slide the examiner want to see the important point not all the report. Next time we must double check before the day we present either we already provide all the things or not.

My group was present the economic and demographic sector. Anthea, Rafiq and Amsyar represent our group to the class. They present all the information that we get for inception report to the class. So far our sector is one of the group that got less comment from lecturer maybe because our sector is about economy and demographic, so our job scope is on the site, not too much information that we can collect before going to the site. Based on the presentation we get the clear view of what we need to do on the site from many sector because all sector are present their information well. Lecturer also give some advice and suggestion to improve our knowledge about our sector and we need change something to make the information more realistic and can be measure to get clear information.

There is another group that have to fix many things. At first we make objective that we want to determine the economic sector and the economic growth in the Maran Town but Dr Zakiah said that its quite hard to measure the economic growth of specific place because w need to calculate their GDP and their salary either they can survive or not with the amount of salary. So it took long time to get the accurate data, number and amount for the GDP, the GDP use to measure the economic growth but if we didnot get the GDP it can shows the real economic growth at Maran Town. After done the comment and all we straightly do change about the information that not so clear and not realistic.

After all group present their sector lecturer review the whole inception report and we get some kind work from Dr. They said that our report are smart and looks like professional. We are happy but sad at the same time because we can't give Dr a perfect presentation with the slide. We took a break as usual for give time for solar jumaat and lunch. After break we do have some discussion about site visit that we to do after Raya. Thosini as usual as our fav project manager giving a briefing about the activities and the rules in the site. She also explain the tentative to our classmates.We going to Maran at night of Thursday so we can do the measuring and observation in weekday and weekend. Its easy to us to do the observation in the weekday and weekend and do summarise from the two side of day. At the same time Thosini also provide us a committee of group work at the sire so that all of us have our own work too do there. I got the activities committee, I have to make sure all of them be in their place based on the time given. And our work scope is to plan a game at night to chill.

After Thosini finish her talk he passing the floor to Yu Tong because she's the editor for inception report, she talk about the flow and the format of the inception report because all of us have to do the same font with same size so that the report will be perfect. Why You Tong give more explanation because from the previous inception there is a lot of our classmate do wrong.
