Preparation Maran site visit and learning how to use SPSS

 

The next class which is on the 14th of April we do have discussion about the site visit to Bandar Maran after raya. Dr want to make sure all of us are prepared and all those important thing such as the menu of day we there and all the tools that must be there are available at the day. At that time Dr have to leave us for awhile because there is a hard raya shooting for lecturer so both of them ask us to discuss again in detail about the site visit at Bandar Maran. Dr Wani give the floor to the Thosini which is the Leader of the studio ii

Thosini start to handle the follow by starting the discussion about the menu of the food that we will eat at Bandar Maran. There is some issues because one of international member does not eat certain Malay food so we have to change the menu to make sure all of use get enough food. The discussion of the food a bit intense because too many suggestion from the floor but Thosini handle with patient and successful. In the Thosini also ask us who have allergic on something so that she can provide the food for the allergic one. After 30 minutes of discussion about the menu for food we end with the best desicion which all of us can eat and there is a special food for the allergic one. After discuss about the food Thosini start to discuss about the special committee that handle the activity at the Bandar Maran such as committee for food, activity, logistic and transportation. Thosini just want to make sure all the committee knows their job scope and all the members know what to doing. She also call out the name one by one based on their committee just to remind them and she also ask each sector the work either okay or not.

Fatinie  join the floor because she want to tell about the dorm that we will leave for 4 days, she explain the conditions of the dorm and what is the facilities provided because she want us to prepared well with the other possibility that can happen at the day. She tell us that the dorm have aircond and all of us are so happy hahaha and the dorm also provide iron to us so we does care about who want to bring heavy iron. 

Dr already come at the middle of the class and she ask us about the progress oh the discussion and she wang to know the menu that we decide to eat. Both Dr are agree with the decision and she literally ask about the transportation, we forgot to discuss about the transportation at the discussion with thosini so amsyar as the one who handle the transportation are shock hahaha and he successful explain to class about the current status of transportation. All class a bit upset at first because we failed to get a van, we really need the van because some of us from the certain sector want to use van to move from the place to other place. The sector is landuse because they want to capture all the important things in Bandar Maran and also the via sector need the van to see the changes or any related  place that can help them to settle their part. We failed to get the van because we a bit late in applying the van due to busy with other task but surprisingly dr wani tell us last minute that we got 1 van for going to Bandar mAran and stay there for 4 days and we feel greatfull tu having uncle yusri as a driver us at Bandar mara. Later on.

After settle all the discussion the tutorial on how to using spss are start, sharing by our beloved dr wani. The spss is actual a software to keep in the data and make us essy to complie and get the result in the measurement that we want. She teach us because after the site visit we need to keep in hundreds of data such as demographics, transportation and environment question. We do have several questions from the each sector. Dr wani explain to us clearly about the spss and she also having the ftf explainatiin for those not really understand about the spss. The software quite easy to how rather that qgis hahahah of course la right. After Dr wani their talk she want us to try by ourselves how to keep in the data using the Spss. We have to pay for The software actually but we try the software using the trial plan huhuhu. For me its  quite interesting because i like the work that make us able tu analyse the data and to see the final result, is actually the most exciting moment in keep in data.
