13/03/2023 is the second sem for my second year era in Universiti Putra Malaysia which mean i am at the sem 4 of my uni life. I have done my studio I with good result alhamdulillah thanks god for save my life and I hope god protect me in my next sem hahahahah. So for this sem I have to take studio II which I have to pass studio I, if I could not pass the studio I, I can't take the studio II and even I have to repeat until I pass the studio I but the horrible thing does not happen to me so here I am want to share about my entire life during my studio II. My expectations for this sem is it can be more extreme, anxious, exciting, nervous, prepared and all out. All of it are playing in my mind because studio II project is more bigger project rather than studio I project because we have to do the more serious project that include the more legit information, more realistic project and we have to get data from the specialist authority. Sound horrible right but we have some experience during the studio I so insyaallah we will going through this studio II successfully.

            

-------Course briefing

17/03/2023 is the first class of studio II, I walk to the class in the cool morning with full of hoping that I can survive for the whole of this sem. While waiting to 8 am which the class is start we talking each other and do some joke and when both of Dr come the class automatically mute hahaha and we start our new chapter of this studio. In our first class Dr Wani and Dr Zakiah give us briefing about the course, what we are going to do for this studio and all the planning stage. The assessment also given in detail, based on the sharing in this second studio we have 3 main project which are inception report, report of findings and draft special area plan which include public participation exhibition and the rest assessment is on studio participation/peer assessment and the individual E-portfolio. In studio II we do have several planning stage which start from the national planning, regional planning/state planning and the last stage is local planning and each stage have their own specific plan to be done. Dr also said that we have to be more creative and realistic and use more the graphic term in showing them the information about our project since we are in studio II. Dr Wani also show us the example of the infografic report and design on how they arrange all the information, I was so wow like my eyes change to the star, the design looks so professional and I wish If god do not want give me a good man I want I good brain hahaha. 

We have been given a task that we need to read and understand about the place that we want to go which is  Maran, Pahang. The things that we have to read to satisfy our understanding on the area is the purpose, background, objectives, scope of study, studio policies, participation and the requirement, project deliverables. The activity after understand all of it Dr will call one of member from each group to share about the understanding. All self preference are different but in the same meaning, by doing the activity it can maximise the understanding about the area so that if we go there we know the conditions and how to do. After finish all the activity and briefing Dr passing the floor to our CEO which is Thosini to do voting on which place we want to stay for the site visit and do some discussion about the day.

Thosini are well prepared, she have the slide on which place that we have to vote. There is two option first is chalet and second one is dorm. Thosini explain how the option looks like and the voting was start and the winners isssss dorm. To be honest I want chalet because I want the surrounding look like I am adults hahahah because I was 8 years sleep in the dorm so I hope I get the different view but its okay maybe the  dorm are different with the dorm at hostel (positive vibes). The desicion must follow the majority so I okay with it as long I can sleep peacefully then I okay. After the voting done the top board have I special discussion and while waiting I have to some research with my group about Maran, Pahang eventho I am from Pahang I have not been there because it was too far from my house.

The discussion still in progress, they divide us into several group of task that will lead with the top board. All of us have a specific task to be done so am i. I was in the secretary task which I need to do a letter to approach the responsible agencies to interview them or get the information about our project. Amsyar was tell a class what we need to do and with who we have to work. The discussion going smoothly and the class end, the task we get is to finalise all the information based on the sector given. If we get the information earlier it can be easy to do the task at the Maran, all we need to so is to confirm all the information are right or not.
